Our decision making capacity is directly proportional to our belief system !

1.Our decision making ability is directly proportional to our belief system !

2.Our belief system effects our purpose in life & it is built around the soundness of our speaking capacity !

3. The soundness of speaking capacity leads our decision making ability with a sense of hierarchy, for we wonder who to follow & why to follow !

4.Hierarchy is all about being older in age, experiece & position respectively. For nature has classified life into this relative importance.

In this verse Bhishma blows his conch loud and clear after hearing that the crown prince of the blind king was talking about protecting him.

5. Our purpose in life is all about feeling good about what ever we decide to respect in life.

6. We decide to show our respect in words & deeds, for our decision is guarded by our speaking, & thinking is directly connected to our gestures & actions.

7. Our continuous power to understand & draw conclusion leads us constantly to reason out our liking for whatever we decide.

8. Faithful reasoning leads to dependable recompensation,we start repeating, for we want the feel good all over again & again.

9. We continue to explain ourselves that we are doing it right by being attached about it in our heads, finding all kinds of reasons to strengthen what we ever have decided.

10. After convincing ourselves so many times inside we start audible speaking as well, so that we can hear even better what we are telling us.

11 & others can also hear our beliefs to feel what we are feeling, by then we have decided to make others feel good with our belief.

12 Whenever we recognize our appreciation for a worthy cause from a position of acknowledgement, we stir up a movement, for we generate beliefs in others.

Unannounced wisdom is free wisdom like the spontaneity of children.

1 Unannounced wisdom is the wisdom which one uses without prior talks with one ownself.

2.Children are our best teachers, children are spontaneous, for they possess unannounced wisdom in the purest form, they donot deal first & act later !

3.Children constantly utilize their own wisdom freely for their own requirements, & thereby maintain their natural charm, & they know exactly how, when & why they need to serve themselves & be their own best friend !

4. & whenever we are with our own best friend we cannot be lonely. & like children we make us realize that we are designed not to be affected by the environmental happenings around us, for our activity revolves around our own physical & mental well-being & our permanent effort to keep perfect interaction with our source, i.e. our own parents.

5. Demostration of permanent pride in connection with parents spontaneously make us very informal & relaxed kind of people for then we constantly radiate pleasure & spread complete happiness. "Child is indeed father of man". They are the best teachers.

6. Whenever we use announced wisdom, we become unreal for then we forget to use our integrity. It is like remembering 10 commandments first & then being authentic & forget to act wisely as an unplanned impulse honouring and modelling the involuntary functions within us.

7.Using announced intentions makes us forget our purpose in life i.e. to keep ourselves alive in fullest form in our childlike purity, because we start digging into complexities of life to find reasons for a detailed proposal, for planning something with an intention, it leads us to stressed existence !

8 Suffering from pressure & tension is being with unfree wisdom, is being bounded !

9. We forget our right to act, we forget to be free, we forget the child in us, the life in us. & whenever our wisdom is unfree we are in peril for we start directing our life in wrong direction

10 Just like this verse when the the crown prince is looking for ways and means to guard Bhishma, for Bhishma has announced intensions of not attacking back someone. The crown Prince is unripe part of experience within us, how can it match the enormous wisdom within us.

11 When Bhishma has announced his commitment, he will find solutions too, he is high up in hierarchy, our wisdom does not need guarding by unripe experience it is like chaining the soldiers and keeping them in the wrong side of the field. It is like laughing at your own joke.

12. Whenever we keep us unlimited, our God is free, not locked in temples & pictures, & our wisdom does make commitments, jump into beliefs for then we imagine that our life has no boundaries, we are not under control, we can do what ever we want .

When ever we forget to show respect to ourself we display complexes

1. In this verse the crown prince of the blind king is so sure that he would win the battle but he did not! Just like we are sure so many times in our lives that we would win the battle & we do not.

2. We do not win battles in life whenever we do not to want to understand that our life is only a learning process, & we are constantly learning & setting examples for ourselves ! Whenever we underestimate our learnings , we underestimate our own failures, & our failures are our greatest teachers, our greatest treasure.

3. Our greatest treasure is our wisdom, whenever we donot want to use our wisdom we have a complex. & having superiority complex is demonstrating such an aspect of life, for then one is preparing to be a looser all over again. For then we want to forget our past failures, and we continue to express to others egoistically about our own superiority !

4.& whenever we are continuously showing our superiority, our higher status to others i.e. our greatness , our superior quality in gesture & words, & whenever we continue to think that none other can do for themselves what we can do, for we are better than others in every-way, we exhibit superiority complex in abundance and we fall easy prey to vanity.

5. It is kind of false vanity, a negative existence, a bad joke, a humour which is out of humour, for there is an artificial amusement& unhappy charm, & could only prove to be disadvantagous to us in the long run. Having superiority complex is demonstrating that one is preparing to be a looser.

6.Whenever we are showing our superiority because we possess a feeling that we donot have any flaw, our wisdom is being kept unused, it is like keeping wisdom in the loosing side of the battle field.

7.Bhishma was also standing in the loosing side of battle field, though he was an embodiment of wisdom, was a thorougly blessed being, & had a grace of God for eternal victory, for he could also keep on living. But he could not win the battle eventually nor could he decide to go on living.

8.We too decide to go on living our way& we have the same wisdom inside us, for wisdom is the most blessed part of our body, can lead us to eternal victory, could keep us away from failures in life yet many times in life we forget to use our talents, our wisdom & inspite of having wisdom which is unconquerable & ageless we sabotage our own life !

9. Self sabotaging is our illogical approach towards life, which could give rise to stress, anger ,sadness etc etc , for then our talents get doomed ! Whenever we donot utilize our capabilities fully, we are distrustful towards our own life & we remain incomplete, our possibilities remain unused just like in the praises for Bhishma the unconquerable, the blind king's crown prince further more compares Bhishma's strength to that of Bhima in this verse ! We too often get busy with such absurdities.

10. Whenever we compare our wisdom with that of others we are absurd, for we are behaving like Duryadhan, the crown prince of the blind king. We are like the ill-bred eldest son of a blind father, for we are stepping in the territory of Gods, & playing God & it is like saying my God is greater than your God because I say so.

11. Like in this verse of Bhagawad Gita, whenever we get busy with superiority complex & announce that we know exactly how weak somebody else is & we know what someone else is capable of, we are making improper statements, for then one is in error,,,,

12 & last but not the least nevermind.... life is a learnig process, we donot need to be guilty & we only need to learn from every error we make. Real learning is all about not making same mistakes all over again, for life is all about making errors and correcting them!

Elixir of life is the magical potion to energise our memory.

1.Elixir of life is a magical potion to energise our memory be it good or bad, and keep us alive in the fullest sense. & What is being alive in fullest sense ? It is a sense of making us feel the completeness of existence. For at every step of achievement & failure there are chains of involvements of good & bad memories, we keep falling back to them constantly & start dreaming in the cascade of time, imagining the layers of rememberings all over & over again .

2.Our life is all about how we feed our memory, for layers of past memories are directly proportional to our handling of present situation.

3.In this verse of Bhagawad Gita the crown prince of the blind king is gloating on his past memories & about his own position in the kingdom !
Whenever our memory is fixed to our past glory, our life is limited to just the glamour of past achievement, & we keep ourself in the most superficial layer of existence, for we deprive ourself from enjoying the feeling of real satisfaction, the pleasure of reaching the complete depth of that memory & prevent ourself from the use of the entire strength of that energy. It is like denying our lungs to take a full breath.

4.We often take it for granted that we had won the past competition. Simply because we had won a battle then we will win it all over again now, we forget to focus on our energy of past efforts, past environment & by doing so we often waste our precious time for we forget to use our valuable energy resources available to us.

5. The use of our past energy is the "Mantra" to stability in life ! It is the art of empowering our past sophistications, for then we do not just ponder on our past success, & keep singing the good scores of past examinations, for then we are actually placing ourself in the right side of the field all over again & preparing ourself to be a winner all over again. It took an enormous effort to take care of my ailing husband, I had not kept any stone unturned to see that my husband gets some relief during this attack of the murderous disease, my value of the effort in gold gives me energy to write my blog.

6. Inorder to feed our memory in the right direction, we need to remember how strong we were then to have had achieved the result ! We may not allow ourself at any cost to forget the amount of effort we had involved in the achievement of the glory then, we need to constantly remind ourself about our past support in our past battle field, who we were our chief operators then and where our generals had placed temselves, last but not the least how we had won the battle then ?

7. E.g. Let us go back in our memory lane, let us think that we cannot toddle yet, and we are seeing that everyone around us is walking. How keen we are to learn to walk inspite of our helplessness, so we looked for help & support, we got it & we learnt to toddle !

8. We know we can walk now, it is such a normal thing for to us, do we remember what an effort we had given then to achieve that ? who were those loving people who gave us selfless support then? Who were constantly available to us when we started to learn to walk to see that we do not fall on the ground & hurt our little limbs? It was such an important event of our life then, do we even remember how eager we were to keep ourself in the winning side of the battle field then so that we win such a situation?
All we have to do now is apply that enthusiasm in our present battle and keep us in the winning side.

9.Our body is our big battlefield, each and every part of our body is a general of our army, & all these generals are famous warriors, and would fight for the victory of our side to the best of ability, they will fight to their very last breath.

10.Achievements in the past is proportional to amount of being alert to situations in life at that point of existence, & in order to be able to achieve the past result all over again we energise our past examples of efforts !

11. We utilized our past energy to the fullest of possibilities then, learning to walk was the result then, it was indeed very nice to be able to walk, but the feeling around how we learnt to walk was even more important, how it was achieved was nicest of all, for it was very soothing memory and whenever we apply that in present situation it will soothe us!

12.Gentle assessment of time is a very calming factor & keeps our surroundings favourable, we would feel it easily in the fondness of others, for we transform ourselves into a pure entity then.It is the exact amount of soothing energy we need so that we can teach ourself to be in winning fields & keep on respecting ourselves & living well at every walk of life .

Believing is interpretations of what we hear & suppose !

1.We are constantly hearing, for we can hear with and without our ears, & we can hear with our minds too.
Further more, & most importantly we can hear with the help of our hearts.

2. Just like our heart which keeps on beating, we are hearing our talks permanently inside our heads, and then we even wonder as to why we are saying all this to ourselves. At that point my beautiful grandmother would smilingly come to me and say softly " Are you busy in your Thinking Office? " & I would not even mind that my precious thoughts got broken, nevermind I would say to myself better next time, for I would find ways & means to even pacify myself with reasons & this goes on and on and on.

3. We are hearing with our ears very intensively whenever we are thinking aloud, & our talks to us & to others get frozen in our memory, for we have this unique capability of recording our own talks in our brains constantly ! What ever we are telling ourselves mostly are the recordings of some memory at some point of life & living, for they are simply repititions of the same tape & we donot even realize that, for we get busy responding to it constantly with our own gestures & with audible words .

4. Last but not the least we are also hearing what ever other people are not saying loudly through their mouth, we can catch thoughts of others, & for that we use our heart. Our heart has strongest pair of invisible ears much superior to all ears of our head put together .

5. Our understanding in life is based on our belief, & belief is the way we understand & interprete what we hear.

6.In this verse of the first chapter of Bhagawad Gita there are mentions of gigantic names of Mahabharat, the names like Karna Bhishma Drona, these people had histrionic qualities & capabilities from birth , & as I was reading this verse I realized that I was recognizing my exposure to similar talents & qualities around me.

7.Like Bhishma or Karna, or Drona, there were availabilities of wisdom or philanthropism or perfectionism in present day & like those ancient giants born then, people still got born with such similarities of charecters, for there are fixed laws of life & living and one such birth was that of my husband, for like Karna he could just lavish others, & his friends would say that his heart was too big for his chest.

8.Our life is all about how we are believing what we hear & how we are dealing with our beliefs, for it is then the decision time ! Believing right makes us decide on which side of the field we need to stand, the winning side or the loosing side.

9.In this verse the unfortunate blind king's eldest son was boasting about the giants in his army, he thought he was believing right too, & did not realize that he himself along with all the other big names were standing on the wrong side of the field, doomed to loose the battle, inspite of having the best of qualities & capabilities!

10.By thinking that we are believing the right way, very often, we place ourselves in the wrong side of life & living, for then we feel the anger & stress of life.

11.Simply by mentioning the historical names of the famous people of Bhagawad Gita in this verse we are aware of the greatness we possess in ourselves, for we constantly get reminded of their positive qualities & capabilities primarily, and enjoy our exposer to such greatness in our own realities.

12.This verse of Bhagawad Gita also reminds us about cementing our trust & proving the elixir of life.

Comfort is like a healthy breath.

Comfort is like a healthy breath,or a healthy heart beat.
Just like in normal breathing one does not feel the breath, & under normal circumstances one does not feel the heartbeat, whenever we are in comfort we donot give importance to what we are telling ourselves, for then we are simply busy doing the right actions for ourselves for then our life is all about comfort & we continue to live our life very thankfully at every step, with complete greatfulness!

Comfort & discomfort is felt by the wise & unwise in the same way, for we donot really give importance to the talk to ourselves when we are in comfort, we are aware of our talks to ourselves only in discomfort. Wise people talk to themselves only with one intention & that is to get rid of their discomfort, just like I am doing now. I am in great discomfort of mourning, & I get constantly reminded of his existence next to me so long, I just cannot get over the fact that my husband, my lifepartner is not next to me physically anymore, so I am looking for comfort therefore I am writing on my blog and coaching myself constantly so that I find some solace & comfort in life ! In otherwords I am coaching myself primarily, & I am wisely using my talent to keep myself healthy mentally physically & spiritually, just like Arjuna did in Bhagawad Gita, when told Sri Krishna that he was in trouble & needed HIS coaching.

The unwise donot know how to find the right help to get rid of their discomfort permanently! They look for other options and start loosing tempers, being impolite etc etc. In other words only the wise look for help & protection whereas the unwise feel the same discomfort & yet donot look for protection the right way.

In Bhagawad Gita Arjuna feels the discomfortable doomed struggle between the families very intensively and is looking for advice & protection from Sri Krishna, for he shares his problem immediately with full integrity & absolute authenticity. Whereas the crownprince of the blind king also feels the discomfort of impending battle yet does not show it with full honesty, instead goes to his teacher and starts boasting not only about his own strength & power but also the good qualities of all others under him. As if he is telling his teacher to understand that his army is strong.
His teacher was the most famous royal teacher of his time & was perfectly informed about his princely students in all possible ways for he had trained all the princes in warfare,& he knew exactly how capable or talented his princes were. His teacher kept his calm for he was very wise man, he did not even let his boastful student realize that he was wasting his time in telling his teacher all that he already knew.

Whenever we start boasting we are infact showing our tendency to be unwise, for we are not looking for real help & leading ourselves to our own failure on that moment, for then discomfort does not get the chance to recover & does not have the possibility to transform itself to comfort. Politeness, gentleness, mild nature of the talks to ourselves are our ways & means to show ourselves that we are safe & are capable of taking care of ourselves, for then we are being in the passage of a sure winner.

Complete trust creates primary talks within us & thereby we create good actions.

Whenever we possess complete trust we create primary talks thereby we create right action, just like the trust of love cells of our parents which intended to form us created a good action & gave us our lives.

Trust & primary talks have a beautiful rapport, we are familiar with this phenomenon right from the begining, for our parents cells met with all trust to form us as our first cell inside our mother's womb. & after that at every step of our existence, trust & action created a snowball effect & we started growing inside our mother!

From the time we were a single cell we had complete trust in our mother for she gave a sacred shelter with supreme protection with exact amount of blissful food required by us to continue our lives & we started energetically establishing ourselves fully & perfectly inside her!

At every step of our growth we are busy with primary talks & after that follows a right action, & everytime we talk to ourself with trust it is called a primary thought. We do not need to remember it, we just need to follow our talks trustfully to realize that we are existing.

At every moment of existence we are exposed to a considerable amount of primary talks. Primary talks started when we were in the womb, as a foetus, with a placental cord connected to our mother, our talk to ourselves was then to feel that our mom drained us life through the cord, for that was our only comfort!

Comfort & discomfort are two sides of a coin, where comfort is the head of the coin and discomfort is the tail !

Our life is also like the same coin where every comfort is winning or good karma and every discomfort is loosing or not so good karma. & Our life is also connected with the toss the coin,& all we want is to see that comfort faces up, & for that we need to follow our primary talks, so that our secondary talks keep away & the discomfort does not show.

In a real battle the general of the army needs to know where the opponents are exactly, so that he can plan the battle accordingly. We often forget that a real battle is not exactly like a life battle, for in life battles we are ourselves the general of our own army, moreover we ourselves are the army itself & most importantly we ourselves are the enemy, so we need to know where exactly we are so that we can correct ourselves to a position of comfort, for being in continuous discomfort could make us loose our battle. & to get comfort eventually we need to be discomfortable too, for if we are not discomfortable we will not know what comfort is.

Karma is proportional to a small drop of thought.

Karma is prortional to a small drop of thought, good thoughts bring about good action in otherwords good karma. In this verse the blind king is observing how his crown prince is talking about the powers of many famous names amongst his opponents!

Whenever we are blind to our own wellbeing we continue to glorify the capabilities of opponents. This verse also mentions few very big names of Mahabharat, for those births were connected with the happenings of that moment in the epic Mahabharat.

Mahabharat is a story of a famous battle in Kurukshetra!
Our body is our battle of Kurukshetra, for we are the most famous kings from our very own famous lands, & we are also connected to famous happenings & connections & responsible for our own actions!

Our karma is directly prortional to how we deal with our birth & our actions.
Our life is all about trust & belief. & our actions are connected with the happenings of our own upbringing & what we have been able to learn from our surroundings.

Like the happenings of the great Mahabharat, like holy Bhagawad Gita, our births are also great, our understanding is very holy, for we are constantly enacting a similar story with similar features in very similar way, there is constant repitition of similar charecteristics around us all the time in all happenings! We are as if a part of the same glory all over again, living our life under similar circumstances facing similar actions & getting same reactions, as our actions are directly connected with the talks we have with ourselves in our heads,& the talks in our heads are directly connected with how we deal with our memories.

We are all born sacred, we all possess our unique physical possibilities,& special mental capacities. Our physical talents are like the strength of Bhim of Mahabharat, our mental qualities are like the refined capabilities of Arjuna of Bhagawad Gita! But whenever we are with wrong thoughts we forget the Bhima & Arjuna inside us & we start glorifying the Bhima & Arjuna in the opponents, for we become the crown prince Duryadhan of a Blind king, for we do what he is doing in this verse of Bhagawad Gita !

Our good thoughts are the key drivers of our body they lead us to a winning point, & our weakening thoughts prepare us to be loosers, for then we make others powerful by simply saying within ourselves how powerful others are,& in that process we lead ourselves to believe that we can never be winners, it is not a win win situation for us anymore,& we forget to win over our fear, our anger, our sadness , and many many other kinds of discomforts of our lives.

Pick & choose the jibber jabber orelse we get troubled

We are constantly talking well & not well to ourselves!
Whenever we are not listening to our positive talks & paying attention only to negative talks inside us we start feeling weak, for we start seeing power inside others only,we feel bad about their extravaganzas, their big bungalows, their big cars, their expensive dresses etc etc & forget to see the massive power within us,our own contentment, our own inner strength & our own capabilities & we start feeling the insecurity from within, for there is a sense of loss of energy,& we start feeling incapable, as a result we start looking for help, we start running to temples, searching for Gurus, for the feeling of absence of power inside ourselves leads us in wrong direction & we start digging in us a deep hole resulting in the phenomenon of being jealous, developing hatred, being unkind to others!

In this verse the son of the blind king is telling his Guru to look around and see the powerful army of the opponents ! He even tries to instrigate the revenge in his Guru by reminding him of his embarassing moment with the opponents, in weaker moments we too try to find all kinds of reasons to make a gang of people team up together against somebody, all in the name of group jealousy and group anger, for we then get busy to make others believe what we think is right, this jibber jabber could give rise to a tendency of simple harmless gossipping,& the negative thoughts within could also give rise to serious mischiefs.

Therefore whenever we are not listening to the good talks inside us, we feel weak and vulnerable & we have a tendency to reach people to tell them our plight, in other words play a victim ! Insuch moments we normally find a common strong person, somebody known to both parties who could help in keeping the fire burning and give a feeling of false strength. Serious discussions, fights, even battles & wars all start this way, from a small drop of a weakening thought.

Life is full of actions & inactions.

Whenever our body mind & spirit is in a state of trust for the source within us, we feel the continuous joy & happiness in our surroundings, for we realize that we are not being able to make ourselves unnecessarily angry or make ourselves extremely sad easily, & we are indeed doing actions according to the good conversations with ourselves.

& whenever we donot hear what we are telling ourselves wisely we are leading ourselves to inaction. The real characteristics of being in inaction or inappropriate action is whenever we make movements to show that we are in trouble e.g. being in stress, being in anger, being in fear etc !

Inactions could be also not doing anything, & physically not doing anything could be acceptable provided mentally we are in continuous peace & satisfaction. For inactions are actions against natural existence of life & living. It is absence of positivity, it is an existence leading to negative remarks or negative gesture & it makes our mind jump to conclusions, we start finding reasons for our inactions, & even beilieving that we are doing it right. It is like quenching thirst by picture of water.

Good Communication is the first sign of transformed life.

We are constantly speaking to ourselves, & we are constantly hearing what we are telling us.
Whenever we get the satisfaction that we are speaking well to ourselves we are actually able to listen to ourselves well, for every thought that speaks well to us leads us to an action & we get the confirmations in our own satisfied actions and in the responses of people of our surroundings.

Moreover whenever we are able to communicate with ourselves continually well we are in continuous peace. We are actually understanding the happenings around us, & responding to the happenings in a healthy way.

Therefore good communication is the first sign of transformed life & transformed life is a life with limited anger for we feel sure about ourselves, & in transfomed life there is no need for discussions or there is no need for counter actions as we are constantly busy to understand the happenings surrounding us in every minute detail and we are able to see our role in it quite distinctly for our life is a wonderful comedy !

We start listening for the listening sake, we loose the desire to speak with ourselves for we are in peaceful states, as we are actually screening what to listen & what not to listen, & we develop a very deep sense of respect for ourselves & also for our fellow human beings & we also recognize the weaknesses in the environment, we recognize that the happenings around often has nothing to do with us so we do not get stressed or agitated !

The story starts with 'Trust in Self'

In this verse of Bhagwad Gita the blind king trusts his gifted chariot driver, for the blind king asks his talented chariot driver what is happening on the battle field, what his sons & his nephews are up to?

Similarly 'Trust in Self' starts whenever our body is prepared to listen to our mind, & we realize that we feel safe deep from within, moreover there is an availability of a reliable support, & we start understanding the happenings of our life in an unique way, as we know only our eye can see & only ears can hear, we are also aware that our mind is totally blind and is not supposed to see, yet we get prepared for seeing & hearing the happenings of our life with utmost surity, in the most wonderful way.

We develop a strange rapport with our body and start witnessing & belonging to a strong understanding deep from within, for whenever we are trusting ourselves we stop the doubt within us & start seeing the right direction inspite of being totally blind to situations & inspite of being absolutely unprepared to handle the defects within us!

The blind king's trust in his chariot driver who had very sharp vision & very sensitive ears is the basis of the making of Bhagawad Gita. Our trust & reliability for the source is also similar, so much so that we believe the vision of source, as if we are seeing the happenings all by ourselves, we believe the ears of the source as if we are hearing it all by ourselves, this brings about the transformations in our lives.

GitaShaktiLife Coaching

GitaShakti Lifecoaching is all about happenings of life. Good happenings & not so good happenings, & whenever we are able to take the neutral path and not let ourselves overreact with the happenings surrounding our existence we are able to maintain our internal stability.

We are then able to keep our sanity & guide ourselves to a further level of fulfilled enhancement & advance further in life, for then we are able to accept the happenings in our life.

We carry the banner of living with a touch of bravery, with a dash of valour,& we are able to maintain the magical flavour of our goodwill with an intensity of our basic desire to be alive and well.

For then we enjoy the ocean of happiness within us in all it's magnificence which is in all it's essentiality mandatory for our good health, both physically or in manifested form and spiritually or in unmanifested form!

The first aspect towards life is trust. "Trust" in ownself, for trust is essentially the first step for strengthening this deep value for attaining good health everyday in every way !

GitaShakti Life coaching starts with the first chapter of Bhagawad Gita, chronologically chapter by chapter & verse by verse. & before even starting to understand what is written in those verses, before even opening the book to read those lines we need to have trust, trust in what we are going to unearth, trust in ourselves for being able to help ourselves, for GitaShakti life coaching is all about the never ending self correction leading to self improvement !
